Player must register on the forum and post his contact information, race (race can't be changed during the torunament!) and roughly free for game time in corresponding thread
Games take place on fixed maps, each game - on its own map. Maps for each game are determined before start of tournament. All players can download and look at all the maps. Tournament consists of 2 stages: group stage and play-off. On group stage players are devided into groups and play with all foes in it (once). Player gets 2 points for win, 1 for draw, 0 for lose. Players with maximum points are qualificated to play-off (number of players will be announced after the drawing)
Player must play not less than 2 games in a week In accordance to shedule. If game was not started during the week it must be played, both players get a 'lose' for it. If game was not played through one player's fault, he loses this game, and his foe wins (this decision belongs to judges). If game was started but not finished in a week, result is determined by decision of both players or judges (on basis of the last save).
If player can't continue tournament, (s)he should inform judges about it. Player's 'disappearance' for a week counts as leaving the tournament.
default settings (can be changed in case of player's shared desire):
simulateneous turn system
3 minutes per turn
tactical battle: allways
surrender: off
rules that cannot be changed:
player must not attack foe's wizard or capital in first 15 seconds of turn (if simulatenous system is used)
quick battle against human can be used only with single lv1 unit out of domen and structure
players must use starting race noted in registration thread. If your opponent started with another race, you can demand for repeat of game
In case of disconnect out of battle, host saves game and loads it.
In case of disconnect out of battle and in the end of turn, host loads autosave
In case of disconnect during battle host loads autosave and players repeat everything they did on the global map before the battle (i.e. attacking with same force, repeating units' movements, using (or not-using) same spells, etc.)
If player had not enough time to do all things he wanted because of game freezing, host must load autosave.
